Heuristic Analysis

In the heuristic analysis, the functional characteristics are surveyed and a systematic and detailed exam of the interface is done based in well-known usability principles. The target audience is studied, their typical tasks, exploratory navigation, the problems and their severity are analysed. From this analysis emerges a series of conclusions in form of improvements proposals that is what the client receives.
