This department is composed by a team with experience in databases domain and different store engines. The database platforms we give support are Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.

The Oracle's knowledge is one of Temperies' keys. This department has the support of a well-known international consulter, Marcelo Ochoa, with more than 15 years as Oracle DBA (http://bit.ly/e29N9o). He is member of Oracle ACE group and an active collaborator of Oracle's community. Marcelo built Lucene Domain Index, an integration project which implements Lucene inside the Oracle database using Oracle JVM. What we provide

The DBA (Database Administration) service is delivered with an average weekly time load of a specific range of hours depending of the clients' need, which is commonly based on a fixed schedule during normal Argentinean working days and hours.

A monthly report is delivered with advises findings, performed tasks, observations and recommendations, along with the test results after improvements applied vs initials goals of performance.

From different observations and analysis of databases, we also offer a wiki site with relevant information that need to be shared and updated.

Temperies' custom tailors a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with each client at the beginning of the sales process. This document specifies the services that dictate our delivery activities throughout the life-cycle of the relationship. The SLA includes mutually agreed upon performance parameters and expectations for both parties, including indicators to measure the quality of our service.
