Human Capital. Argentine human resources are internationally recognized for their highly qualified skills. More than 87,000 graduates of higher education and 6200 postgraduates of 106 universities nationwide annually join the labor market, being Argentina the first country in Latin America in terms of admission rates to higher education. The English language proficiency is also the highest in the region, as reflected by the test results of the University of Cambridge, which placed Argentina not only over countries such as Brazil, Chile and Mexico but also Spain, France, Indonesia and Italy (Cambridge ESOL, 2007).

Connectivity

Argentina has an advanced and competitive telecommunication system in a non-regulated market. The large amounts invested have resulted in national and international digital connection networks. The density of fixed and mobile telephone lines in Argentina (105 subscribers per 100 inhabitants) is the highest in Latin America and Internet penetration (21 users per 100 persons) is increasing rapidly and it is placed far beyond the average of the region (World Bank, 2008).

Infrastructure

Argentina takes second place in the Logistics Performance Index in Latin America, being one of the two countries in the region among the world´s top 50 in terms of simplicity and accessibility for the organization of international offices (World Bank, 2008). Argentina has a developed system of infrastructure and transport: more than 231.300 km of roads, one of the largest railway networks worldwide (31.409 km), 25 seaports, 38 river ports and 58 airports (23 international). More than 25 airlines offer flights from Argentina to over 40 destinations on five continents.
