The teams are formed with the objective of optimizing the implemented solutions, combining technical and functional profiles to cover the roles required for each project. These teams are targeted to promote collaborative work above the traditional company grades.

Maximiliano Keen Director and Co-Founder

As Director and Co-Founder, Maximiliano leads operations and technical group. He is responsible of research and development activities with special focus on new products, long-term visions and strategies.

Before founding Temperies, Maximiliano spent most of his professional career working for web development companies. He held the Technology Manager position at Latin3 and led the technical team in Buenos Aires reporting to the Technology Director in Miami. Maximiliano was responsible for the management and monitoring of numerous projects for Latin-American divisions of large customers (Nextel, Sony, Pepsi, Visa, GM, Dell).

Maximiliano is a System Engineer from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Vanesa DellAcqua Director and Co-Founder

As Director and Co-Founder, Vanesa has the responsibility to align the company, internally and externally. This is to facilitate business outside of the company while guiding employees towards a central objective.

Before founding Temperies, Vanesa spent the majority of her professional career working as consultant for corporations and government agencies. Her industry experience includes serving in technological planning, Data Bases, consulting and management roles at big organizations including Chubb Corporation, Perez Companc, Argentina International Relations Ministry and Federal Administration Agency .

Vanesa is a System Engineer from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, she is currently teaching at the Faculty of Sciences of UNICEN, in the area of software engineering and software development methodology.

Nicolás Mosca Technological Manager

As Technology Manager, Nicolas leads the development teams and inducts common practices, guarding the work environment and keeping the focus on project success from client and internal point of view.

Before joining Temperies, Nicolás spent most of his professional career working on academic research, defense and banking systems. He has experience in technological transfer projects between the university and private companies. He was involved in the design and the enhanced of software products as an architect and product owner, taking an active role improving the SQA area.

Nicolás was teaching at the Faculty of Sciences of UNICEN in areas like hardware, software and software development methodology during six years.
