At Temperies we always keep focused and committed until the job is done and that's why our clients keep turning to us constantly with new challenges.

Our goal is to become our clients' partner, adding value to their business and understanding their technology needs.

Santander Bank (Argentina)

Santander Group is the 4th bank in the world in benefits and the 8th in market capitalization.
Santander Rio is the first private bank in the Argentine financial system in savings and credit volume. The bank has 315 branches, more than 2.5 million customers (including more than 120000 companies), more than 6,500 employees and has presence in 21 provinces.

Challenge:

Santander Rio Bank called us to redesign their internal CRM application. It consists of the visual redesign of the user interface, usability optimization, with particular focus on information architecture and user experience.

Our Solution:

The redesign of an application as complete and powerful as CRM Santander Rio is a complex process in nature. As a strategy, we divided the work into two phases. In the first stage we built 20% of the interfaces, which represents 80% of overall most used functionality.
Temperies suggested the creation of a Working Group for the redesign of CRM which represented all the stakeholders that: decided on the CRM, outlined the bank's technology plan, and finally the people who used it daily as a tool.
The project ended its first phase successfully achieving showable results e.g.:

Processes were optimized to reduce execution times of job duties.

Universal designs were delivered to simplify learning of the tools, which was welcomed by users.

Visual elements that hindered access to the tools and content of interest were removed or relocated.

Currently we are running the second stage comprising a larger number of pages than the first but with a lower frequency of use.

Technologies:

ASP .Net 2.0, JQuery, Ajax, HTML/CSS.

Keepcon

Keepcon is a company which provides automatized content moderation services for class 2.0 websites. Keepcon was created out of the need for 2.0 websites to moderate quickly and efficiently the content generated by users taking care of their image and enhancing their growth.

Currently Keepcon has a platform in which customers send their content, it passes through a stage of automatic moderation in which some contents are moderate automatically, and then the rest is checked in a stage of manual moderation. Finally the contents are sent to the client to be published on their site.

Challenge

Implementing an application which, distributed for manual content moderation, integrates an automatic moderation system and can have moderators working from different physical locations.

Our solution

A distributed service-oriented application was built which implements the workflow through the contents in the process of automatic and manual moderation. This allows having several people from different physical locations moderating the contents simultaneously.
